Project Overview

Board CRM is a team management and performance tracking system designed to help businesses monitor employee activity, manage operations, and improve overall team efficiency. The product combines analytics, employee management, and operational tools in a single interface.

Client’s Challenge

The initial system was built around a different business model and lacked structure for HR processes. The challenge was to redesign and reposition the product into a clear and scalable HR system without rebuilding it from scratch.

It was important to preserve the existing functionality while adapting the logic, interface, and terminology to fit real business needs such as employee management, performance tracking, and operational planning.

My Approach

I focused on transforming the system through UX, structure, and product thinking:
● Reworked the product positioning from a niche system into a universal HR & team management platform● Redesigned the information architecture and navigation for better clarity● Simplified complex data into clear dashboard metrics (Performance, Bonuses, Total Earnings)● Built a structured employee management system with roles and statuses● Designed a calendar-based interface for tracking shifts, days off, and activity● Created flexible analytics with date range selection and filtering● Developed a scalable design system with both light and dark themes, ensuring visual consistency

Results

The product was successfully transformed into a clear and scalable HR system.
The updated interface improved usability, reduced cognitive load, and made complex data easier to understand.

The system now supports real business workflows and can be used as a foundation for further product development and scaling.
